Question: Why Bother With Metaphysics?

PERSONAL GREETINGS:  Good morning and Happy Bastille Day.  Happy Orange County Fair opening yesterday.  You know with both the moon phases and the calendar dates, things tend to run approximately in eleven year cycles.  This would take us back to 1990, which is also a year of the Lucust just as it was the year of the Locust when "Technical Extacy" by Steely Dan came out and also the year my Dad died.  A part of me would like to go back to summer of 1990.  It was "the good old days" before parents bought that house in Laguna Hills.  I never liked the "Feng Chue" of that house.  Frankly, Calvary Chapel of Costa Mesa has a lot better Feng Chue.  It's just some of the people I have a problem with.  I didn’t include the stuff I was musing about at breakfast a few days ago about how grandpa was “a black eyed boy” but otherwise was ignored by his mother, strangely because an older more appealing son has just died.  There were other racial allusions in this diary.  There is also that line warning against marrying a Black man because ‘No matter how light he is you could end up having a child as black as the Ace of Spades”.  I also didn’t say anything more about Mal Evans and that upcoming report on Scientology, if he decided to issue one.  I also didn’t walk down memory lane from 1990 which is 22 years ago this weekend, covering events of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, which should already be covered in ‘June-bug”.   I remember the events of that period rather well.

Sometimes a person who gets his fondest fantasy suddenly fulfilled has a funny way of ending up dead soon.  Life has a nasty habbit of disappearing over night.  But what you really want to know is “What is a Crossroads demon” as in “Some of us will remain here to meet You at your crossroads”.  Instant karma’s gona knock you right in the head.  Better get yourself together darling.  Pretty soon you’re gona be Dead.  Back in late 1969 and about March of 1970 I did five “Marcus is Dead” compilations.  They are like “tribute records” of my Life after I was supposedly Dead.  The question is why I would feel this way - - then.  I told you about the time I was looking through my baby book (the one I don’t have any more) and stuck in there was some letter or something of my Mother written in the late fall of 1969 inquiring how I might get on Welfare”.  I was freaked out about this when I came across it years later and asked my Mom and she said “Well I thought you might be moving to Santa Ana or something - - - “ where Group Therapy sponsored by the State was held and whose sessions I had been assigned to by “Vocational Rehabilitation”.  (an add place to stick me)  Bottom line is way back then my Mom was already entertaining Fantacies of my being much as I am now.  Unemployed, penniless, and in a board and care home being attended to by doctors.  So the question is one seeing this letter would ask “I see the end result but what could have led up so a conclusion like that?” and the dirty little secret is there IS no “rest t of the story”.  That’s the whole novel – the whole enchilada right there.  So it’s “instant karma” like Jesus People had where their lives turn completely around in a day.  Only thing is their lives usually turn for the better.  But in my case “I might as well be dead”.  Somehow without possibly knowing, I “picked up these vibes”.  People may ask “Why even study metaphysics anyhow?”  This is a good question because if you go into some - - course of study, a class, with no motivation or purpose, how do you know where you are going?  Maybe you decide to take a math class so enroll in beginning Algebra.  Only the teacher is way ahead of you and suggests you start your study with elementary calculus instead.  And then he instructs all of the students to turn to chapter seventeen - - of their Calculus books, which none of them have because they didn’t know it was part of the curricula.  My point in this lenghtly example is that- - this is how it is with anybody who is curious about Metaphysics.  It’s the classic bait and switch.  The guru tells then “you want to know if there is any reality beyond this world like other Dimensions or other Forces are acting on this world you don’t see that you should be made aware of the reality of.  And right away they want to sign you up for a religion, a church membership with God and the trinity and the cross and a contract of eternal servitude to the teacher with no expiration date.  One important thing to bear in mind about metaphysics is that it is by Definition NOT provable.  It’s a hypothisis- - an extrapolation, or a classic case of “thinking outside the box”.  As I once wrote, “He who think outside the Box inherently demeans the value of the Box.  So what is “The Box”.  It could be academic discipline, or logic, or even your own mental sanity and soundness.  That’s what “The Box” is.  Even so some like to go outside the Box like that commercial about advertizing cigarettes targeting school children.  It’s “not playing by the rules”.  We have used the example time and again about the Apple.  If you slice it very near the bottom transversing the five bumps at the bottom, you will see it as Five Islands and ONLY five islands in a flat dimension.  In other words ALL of the evidence in YOUR world conclusively and Indisputably Points to it being “five islands of apple-ness”.  But people get to imagining things and extrapolating a theory not based on the slightest bit of physical evidence, but it’s just a theory, a “notion” they have.  Do these “notions” ever pay off in science?  Sometimes.  In my theory on metaphysics- - metaphysics represents not an alternate reality but merely different aspects or dimensions of the Same reality.  For instance you see a computer program in BASIC run.  Someone else just looks at the text code.  Both are seeing “reality”.  Sometimes it’s prudent to let go of the outward and seek the inward.  As I have also said “when all else fails lift up the hood and take a look at the code”.  There are times when this is THEE most prudent thing to do.  The “other dimension” that I and others refer to as “the vertical dimension” is the one of Karma and Morality.  “Instant Karma” is thus a shock term because we know it takes time to build character and temperance.  You can’t bottle it and sell it in a book store, unless you’re Chuck Smith or Pat Robertson.  We should know the difference between religions and metaphysics.  Jim Jones is a religion.  Gene Scott is a religion.  Neil alias Jesus Christ of KFI - - is a religion.  Other things by their very nature are far less “religious” and primarily metaphysical.  These would be Taoism and transcendental meditation, Scientology, or Thai Quan Doo.  Many believe there are many ways to worship God, so to speak.  Some believe you devote yourself to physical fitness of the body.  Others pursue religious exticy and devotion.  Others believe in good deeds in serving man.  Some believe it’s mental enlightenment of the mind.  I teach that there are three “classes” of dimensions - - Space, Time, and Awareness.  The Bhuddist teaches above all the highest Way is to be “Awake”.  In Scientology they have gradations of “Being Alive” from Self Actualization at the top, and Death at the bottom, and numerous other states in-between.  Since nobody has ever scientifically quantified this quality of the Soul or “Awareness” then one might suppose or theorize that this Awareness State is the Link to the “Two worlds” you might say, of “the vertical” and “the horizontal”.  But be warned the likelihood of entering into Error is very High, and I’m speaking to myself as well.  Above all you should first be Logical,  If you can’t be logical, the rest of this theorizing is Pointless.  By way of karmic protection just remember “Circles are possessive things.  Violate them at your own Peril.  Circles are paradoxes being both finite and bounded, and infinite and eternal.

This is Friday July 13, 2012 on another overcast day and it’s after two and I’ve been listening to Randy Rhodes.  She said once you have enough money to meet your immediate needs most people aren’t that concerned about money any more.  Mitt Romney’s total appeal is that “I have the right to make as much money and be as greedy as I want.  And I have the right to zealously look after my own financial interests and don’t have to be concerned about anybody else” and he thinks that platform will get him elected President.  One person said that Ronald Reagan ran on a platform of “It’s Morning in America” when the unemployment rate was 7.2%  And this speaker contrasted this by saying ‘Obama on the other hand took a bad economy and made it worse by his actions and blames George Bush for his problems”.  Judy has gone so far as to say this was some “mental character issue” with the President.  But Judy has a label for just about everybody, except of course herself.  Obama’s rate now is 8.2% which is only one percent higher than what Ronald Reagan won with.  I’d be interested to find out whether Jimmy Carter’s unemployment rate was higher than or below that 7.2%.  I bet it wasn’t as high.  This morning I had the Ed Schultz show on from nine till a quarter to eleven.  He’s about beaten the issue of “Romney is either a felon with the SEC or else he lied to the American people about when he left Bane Capital”.  By the way Romney said “My job was to make money for the stock holders of Bane Capital” and yet I’ve heard Romney was the ONLY stock holder.  Romney is ECO and owns one hundred percent of Bane Capital.  I switched to KTLK at a quarter to eleven.  Someone said that the reason why they got the bankruptsey bill run through congress so quickly “They were fighting to push this bill like their lives depended on it”.  Well, after things collapsed in September of 2008 the creditors had the law on their sides in a way they didn’t before.  One bill they got passed in the House in the previous congress was the donation disclosure bill, but it was blocked in the senate with only 59 votes for it, despite Mitch Mc Conell telling Tim Russart on television he was for a wide ranging disclosure bill.  I was just rereading “Between the Wheels”.  The only event successfully predicted so far is George Zimmerman’s getting out on bail for increased bond.  I skip quickly while still in the first paragraph all the way up to late August.  This story was written on June seventh, which was the last time incidentally Dr. Levy held his class.  I’m going to run out of cigarettes very soon for the week and coffee won’t last till Tuesday, either.  And next week will be even tighter.  I’m one of those people I believe has the right to worry about money.  Apparently the Republicans just blocked a congressional move by Democrats- - to pass a tax cutting bill for small business that the President wanted.  Therein you have your answer.  But I’m not going to post today because whatever I post today some story tomorrow about Romney, something we don’t even know about yet, will supplant it.  That’s how it is with Mitt Romney.  It’s just one horrible revelation after another about the man and this is only mid July.  What do you think things will be like in late August when they hold the Conventions?  What about the fall?  We could learn a bunch of new facts about Mitt Romney before we’re done.  And nobody will care about those either.  Just like people don’t read my blogs because “Apathy is our new born King, uh huh.”

And now an outtake from the final Abbey Road studio sessions:  The pizza day was then moved up a week to May 17th and on May 24th Dr. Levy again didn’t show and I express disappointment in getting no money.  That’s a fact I wanted to be sure and establish.  And I did not get money in late May.  Apparently Dr. Levy was again late the following week and did not show till Saturday June 2nd.  Stephano was killed on Friday June first and so it’s been all this time- - - some six weeks - - to even apprehend a suspect.  That’s pretty slow police work considering they really didn’t scratch the surface of possible suspects of, for instance, all of his gangland rivals.  They pretty much fixated on Elvis because they didn’t like him and I am not convinced by any means that Elvis did it.  I’d like to see a solid indication.

Now Is a Really Bad Time to Compromise

Randy Rhodes was talking on the subject of how polarized we are in America today.  I’d like to contrast this campaign with Nixon’s 1968 campaign when he ran on a platform of peace and consiliation and “Bring Us Together”.  Nixon felt “safe” that year.  Non threatening.  If Mitt Romney wins the White House he will go down in history as the Herbert Hoover of the 21st Century bringing this economy to total ruin and the worst presidential leader since James Buchannon, who was right before the Civil War, when this nation was going to hell in a hand basket and he did nothing.  Mitt Romney knows nothing about leadership of actual people.  And if Mitt Romney wins, Barock Obama will always have the status as an elder statesman ex President.  On the other hand if Mitt Romney loses this election he will have nothing.  He’ll have to go back to Bain Capital knowing that his involvement with them was the very issue that got him defeated this year.  His FCC tax forms state that he was employed by Bain Capital till 2001 or 2002 when Romney has been telling people he left in 1999 before all of the “outsourcing” stuff started, at least according to him.  Now the media is all over him for it.  But Randy was playing all of these hostile statements against this President even Romney’s who says “Basically this President hates white people”.  Others just lump him with socialists, niggers and Moslems.  Newt Gringrich falsely states that Obama prides himself on being the greatest food stamp president of all time.  Others just wonder “why all these lazy niggers just don’t go out and get a job and stop taking hand-outs from the government, money from White people”.  One might like to strike up a note of consiliation but these people make that impossible.  I don’t know how it can be done.  Now Wells Fargo has been fingered for targeting Blacks and Latinos steering them into high interest rate loans, where White people with the same financial balance sheet would be steered into decent loans.  Thom Hartman is continuing with this saga of the rigged Voting Machines, this time in the Wisconsin recall.  The exit polls were tied even fifty – fifty.  And yet Governor Walker had a six or seven point margin of victory.  Hartman points out that if we were evaluating an election in another part of the world such as South America and the same thing occurred there with exit polling discrepancy, we would know funny stuff had gone on and that the election should be run over.  But we don’t hold our own country to the same standard.  And now we learn that Mitt Romney imported his own token Blacks into that NAACP meeting to cheer for him and afterwards Romney falsely said “Many people came to me from the NAACP afterwards to inform me that they were unhappy with President Obama’s policies”.  But the records show that absolutely no rank and file NAACP members met with Romney.  They always say, “You are entitled to your own opinions but not your own facts”.  Lying seems to be the Tea Party’s weapon of choice.  They lie every minute of the day.  They even lied about when their organization began.  They claim it was a response of 2010 to the passage of Health Care and the continuing failed economy.  In reality men met together the day the President took office to conspire how they could make Obama a one term president.  The tea party was officially launced in mid April of 2009 not ten - - around tax season, before the Health Care bill was passed and before the Obama economic stimulus had any chance to work to begin with.  I told you about the timing of John Mc Cain’s lie in 2008 saying “I only said the economy was sound to try and encourage people after the financial collapse, when the remarks were made BEFORE the collapse, and when the collapse came it made Mc Cain look stupid.   This upcoming republican convention may be the first one I deliberately don’t watch.  The hypocrisy is just too much.

People most usually bring up the subject of “Appeasment” in connection with some national despot such as Stalin or Hitler.  They remind us that those who refuse to learn from history are doomed to repeat it.  There were voices warning against Hitler in the thirties well it became obvious what he was on November 9th 1938.   It was just then we got the operator cutting in saying “Your time is up” and the connection terminates.  My advice is don’t wait until THAT happens.  Samson in the Bible had warnings.  Lot, also in the Bible, had warnings.  Neither was all that interested in heeding them.  Late 1986 was a warning to this nation.  We learned about Iran Contra and how Ronald Reagan put off holding a press conference for months until Nancy Reagan, who was really running the country, told him the stars were properly aligned for one.  We learned about how Bill Casey torpedoed the “October Surprise” where Carter had a plan to bring home the hostages in Iran.  We hear that they performed brain surgery on Bill Casey the day before ht was to testify before a comgressional committee about it, rendering him incapable of speech.  We learned that TOW missiles were sold to Iran, our sworn enemy and that the money was laundered through Saudi Arabia and that money was also used to buy cocaine to flood Los Angeles with, and the rest of it was used to fund the Contras in a war that congress had declared illegal.  For all of this President Reagan got a pass, on the excuse he was senile or “out of the loop” or whatever.  We now move to twenty years later and once again we hear this talk about “things can’t get any worse” and “lets put all this negativity behind us’ as far as the misdeeds of the Bush and Chaney administration.  Nancy Pelosi decided not to hold impeachment hearings.  Just today we learn that this Republican Congress blocked Eric Holder from investigating election fraud and illegal voter rolls purging.  Apparently this House told the powers that Be - - - “Don’t investigate this” so they didn’t.  Today we are again told that “the pendulum has just GOT to begin swinging back the other way”.  It’s only too bad that political pendulums aren’t subject to the laws of gravity - - or apparently a lot of other laws.  When it comes to political prognostication, we learn the No Superlative Is Too Extreme, as well as the unsetteling truth that “Today’s political Jest becomes Tomorrow’s Reality”.  People say that it’s no big thing if Mitt Romney gets elected President saying “We’ll survive it.  After all we’ve survived a lot of other stuff”.  This case is different and if you don’t see that you’re a fool.  Ed Schultz was saying this morning that “There is no room for the middle of the roaders any more”.  I like he say “I just don’t see where there is any point on which we can compromise”.  Ghandi like passivity won’t but it.  Sometimes I wonder which is worse- - facing down some opponent who has been harassing you- - - or some so called “Friend” saying he’ll operate as mediator but all he ends up doing is hampering every constructive action you take in the name of some kind of “Peace” and “showing you’re not a bad guy”.  So you end up “Living by the rules your Enemy makes for you” and your Friend has now become your Enemy.  They now say that Mitt Romney got off on all that booing at the NAACP because he could show the footage to his White racist audiences saying “Those niggers are all alike”.  Some say President Obama was discouraged from addressing the NAACP because ‘It’s just one nigger talking to a bunch of other niggers who naturally agree with him”.  Time and again Obama has met his Waterloo trying to be a “Nice Guy”.  We can’t have that any more.  We owe the other side no explanation for our morality and in this I would like to now actually Invoke - - Ghandi, who said that “We should not be deturred by their looks or their threats or even their violence from doing what we know we need to do”.  Thomas Jefferson said that the “tree of liberty” must be watered regularly by the blood of tyrants and patriots alike.  Like the song says, “Freedom isn’t free”.  You have to fight for it.  People who lack the Will to preserve their own way of life - - will as they say “get the government they deserve”.   Survival is a very healthy Engram.  And to correct a pernicious lie of St. Paul- - “Seeds that die don’t germinate- - they just end up rotting”.  (Selah)

Are Sociopaths Human?

"So is Walt Disney right?  Does one's physical beauty constitute a direct causality to their moral purety and goodness?"  "And What About Organizations that denigrate the importance of Intelligence?  What are we to think of these?"  "What do you think Thomas Jefferson thinks about the Tea Party?"

If you watched Criminal Minds last night you saw this mental retarded Sociopath whose every inclination his whole life is "How can I make people suffer?" and he devotes every ounce of intelligence that he does have to "How can I derive pleasure from torturing someone".  As you know I speak from a bias.  I am prejudice against Apes and the Mental Retarded.  I cringed when Judy talked about how wonderful it was not to abort a Mongoloid baby but to bring this doomed life into the world.  I'll be honest.  I'm having ethical questions about my current stance on Abortion.  I engaged in the following mental exercise.  In God's sight which is the more Precious- - - Life per see - - or a Productive, Happy Life?  If we admit the second is the more precious and to be sought after, why sacrifice the Superior in favor of the Inferior?  But you will say "We never let the fetus cast a vote in the decision".  Well, knowing that "life germanation is a dime a dozen" wouldn't a fetus, if he could choose, choose to wait a few days till a "suitable life form" were available to occupy in order to prevent a life of doomed unhappiness.  People bring up the example of aborting Adolph Hitler in the womb if they knew to a metaphysical certitude what sort of Person he'd grow up to be.  And if you were to come accross that guy in "Criminal Minds" would not your first impulse be, if you had a gun (and it's be unsafe to approach him without one) would be to aim a gun at his head and just fire and keep firing untill the gun was empty.  Do a regular "Tiesha Miller" job on him, in other words.  Not that you wish torture in the Ninth Circle of Hell for him for all eternity.  You only know it's essential that you remove this individual from the Planet.  Only people like Neil Savedra believe in eternal Torment for ever and ever.  I wouldn't even wish that on a rabid dog.  The goal for me would be to "put this guy out of circulation so he can't harm anybody else".  One caller to Neil of KFI's show protested that "the tragedy of the mentally ill is that their brains are diseased and they can not even Form the necessary cognition- - in order to even Obtain "Salvation".  Neil of KFI only said "I don't see how that's a problem".  Neil is so preoppupied with theological Abstractions, that he is blind to the situations of real people with real problems.  Some may decry "situation ethics" and yet EVERY incident in Life is a "circumstance' or "situation" is it not?  One other prejudice of mine that ticks me off is those people who way they "Love' all kinds of people, the sociopath, the retarded, whatever- - and at the same time they treat their own kids and family members like Crap, and will search out any and every change to insult them and say hurtful things to them.  To be honest I have thought in the past that the Left was more guilty of this than the right.  Of course last night I heard a couple of quotes.  One was that Ghandi said that tyrants, no matter how big and powerful always Fall in the End.  Another is "One is a lot more inclined to talk about Forgiving someone AFTER one has enacted Revenge on them."  And by the way we know how Neil of KFI misuses the word "Forgive".  Neil has obviously never heard of that psychologist word progression that first you have Love - - and then Anger - - and you progress at the opposite to Love, which is not Hate, but Apathy.  Neil in making the statements on Forgiveness he does only says "I have an emotion LESS loving than Hate".  Another lie spawned in the Pit of Hell - - and you know how sparingly I use that phrase- - - is by Dennis Prager who has said that "God obviously has to be a loving caring God because he made loving, caring people".  Let me ask Mister Preger one question.  When was the last time I- - as in ME - - ever got as it were "emotional support from God" in that God sought out to reach out and encourage me???  Almost by definition this has never happened.  Also if you don't believe someone can Create something that can do things they themselves Can't, what's that thing your typing on right now?  A computer?  Can YOU do two or three billion calculations per second???  I rest my case.  If Man can do THAT with his admittedly limited Intelligence compared to the Almighty- - isn't it conceivable that God could create the Human Race that values certain things like compassion and caring- - that God himself has exhibited no particular interest in.  After all according to Neil Savedra, Apathy should be a prized emotion.  Of course we come to the Tea Party and their Mendacity- - which is LIARS for those of you in Rio Linda.  One area where I think I've been LIED to is the whole area about Health Care and it killing small business jobs thus causing expense and hurting the economy.  A major oppisition of mine to the Affordable Care act is based on this Premise.  Yet last night and again this morning both Mike Meloy and Stephanie Miller this morning were strident- - to the point of near oibscenity- - in insisting that this whole bit about Obamacare costing jobs is a "Freaking" LIE.  Gosh, why would the Tea Party ever Lie to me?  Whatever gave me That idea???  Now you have this economic Sociopath running for President in the person of Mitt Romney, who is the "sock puppet' of the Tea Party.  When you think about it God is nothing but a Sock Puppet to people like Neil Savedra- - or Fred Price.  Fred Price has gone so far as to say that "God is under your power to control him".  I kid you not.   Christians like Neil of KFI should not introduce such words as "Sock Puppet" into the dialog because they will only come back to bite them in the ass. - - - And now here is a bunch of other stuff you might like.

In the news Mitt Romney spoke before the NAACP today and he didn’t let his audience spook him out of bashing Obama Care.  The proper name of it is “The Affordable Care Act” and I, too, should be careful to refer to it as that.  There were a full fifteen seconds of jeers.  Any applause was very tepid.  Mc Cain, by contrast, when he spoke before the NAACP in 2008 praised his political opponent and said what a wonderful country it was that could inspire anybody to great heights or something.  The Opening ceremony US Olympic uniforms no doubt look snappy being done by a famous designer, but they were made in China, which is bad symbolism in this era of “Buy American”.  Now they say the antibiotics they feed chicken in all stages of the growth process have now developed an ecoli strain that can’t be killed.  This identical strain has been genetically identified as a bacteria in women that causes bladder infections that resist all form of antibiotic treatment.  A train hauling ethanol exploded and the thing was video tapes and aired on the news.  They say such hishaps of volatile materials are very rare occurring only in a fraction of a fraction of one percent of traffic.  And blind people are learning how to navigate and perceive objects almost like a psychic, with no sensory input from sight but only the sounds certain sounds made by a clicker make.  If it were that easy, I would imagine they’d have discovered that a hundred years ago.  Still it’s a leap forward for them.

.  As to all that Scientology stuff yesterday and that leader being Tom Cruise’ best man in 2006 the whole thing is a little creepy what with this kid joining the church of scientology at age eleven in 1971 and being given a position of authority under Hubbard at age seventeen.  I guess what people want to know is does the “Church” of Scientology do anything but separate people from their money, dominate and bully people, and make possibly illegal tax dodges on business investments?  Or maybe I’m the one that’s just “dense” and that’s pretty much what ALL churches are basically about.  I just remember the saying that Pastor Westfall told me in 1979 or so that “Theology was something that people sat around in a bar discussing on Saturday night”. (typed later)  Last night (Tuesday) in the early evening as I was sitting on the patio by the west fence, an aid of Mal Evans told me that Mal was planning a major report on Scientology in a few days which should have some startling revelations that I in particular would be interested in.  Well, if it happens it happens.  I have the feeling that if I go against Scientology I am jinxing myself, which might explain why today has been a rather jinxy day for me.  But let me just offer up this final thought.  Scientology is not nearly as bad or deadly to "The Faith" or "The Gospel" as either the Tea Party or Neil Savedra on KFI.  Just think about that one for a few moments.

I tuned in KPOJ and Thom Hartman talked on the virtues of telling stories and played that 1948 speech again campaigning for Hubert Humphrey and Harry Truman.  This is before Ronald Reagan went over to the dark side but still using his talents for a good cause.  I still as an accountant have trouble fathoming this whole Thom Hartman thing about a business earning income but you’re not going to call it income.  It’s income no matter what you do with it in most cases.  I watched the last half hour of the program.  Of course Mitt Romney made a speech today before the NAACP, which had to be a major disaster.  Also Nancy Pelosi spoke out against this now thirty-third vote to repeal Health Care by the republican house.  What’s that they say about doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result?  We had a chili dog and potato chips, and I got another half a chili dog because that assistant had plenty on the tray even going all the way around.  Nicole Sandler is still filling in for Randy Rhodes one more day.  At one is the soap opera and it’s another “beat up on E J Di Mira” day, particularly by Sammy.  She is the most ungrateful person on the face of the earth.  Everything really is “all about her”.  But Chat got through to Carley, Melanie’s mother and now Chad is wise to the fact that the cover story for Melanie isn’t cutting it, and that Melanie might be in real danger.

There is basically nothing in the news this week or this entire month.  It’s kind of about as fast moving as watching paint dry.  So I decided to go on computer a little before nine.  I was curious about all of those activities I did in blogs in and around the period of March 2011.  There was a lot of stuff pertaining to rock and roll.  I traced down everything I could think of.  The first case is in late February where I do a file called “Some Fun Stuff”.  This has “famous last hits” of artists, and also “groups that sound suspiciously like other groups.  There are other things such as “lyrics that push the envelope over the years” and “Famous insightful Beatle lyrics” and “The joys of Yiddish words” and there is also one of these “You know you’re not in My generation IF - - - “.  Then there is “first use of instruments in Beatles songs”.  And there is also “Dirty, rotten, stinky re-makes”.  One thing I never did on blogger was “Definitive versions of songs”.  I got this from a letter to Paul that had “the answers” in the following letter.  I think I’ll post that.  Not that anybody reads my blogs anyhow.  Back then I hadn’t more than doubled the pace of my blog posting to the current high rates.  This acceleration process didn’t begin till around May.  Before that the pace was just as leisurely as before.

Worst T B Attack in 20 Years Hits Florida

Well the sins of the tea party rich know no bounds.  Now because of the hospital closures ordered by governor Rick Scott of Florida, there has been an outbreak of taburculosis, and the one hospital in the state that’s been around for sixty years, is being closed.  This is the worst TB epidemic to strike America in the past twenty years.  Taburculosis is no longer considered a virtually extinct disease.  Texas, California, and Florida all three have highly mobile populations and are now plagued by outbreaks of the disease.  Of course Governor Rick Scott’s HMO had to pay a fine of a billion dollars or something for hospital fraud  but the people of Florida none the less elected this scum bag anyhow.  Rick Scott and Rick Perry of Texas and a lot of other tea party governors have in fact taken the stand that they are going to refuse all one hundred percent medical coverage for the people of their state “on principle”.  Are you people fermiliar with Jesus’ parable of the Wedding Feast.  One guy was kicked out of the party because he did not put on a wedding gown, even though these robes or whatever are routinely provided free at such gatherings.  If you snub your nose at free salvation, what is to be done for you?  If I were the President I’d be throwing up my hands.  Many times this President does not know how to frame an argument.  In some areas he just lacks horse sense.  For instance on the whole idea of letting the Bush tax cuts expire, were I this President I would go on and LET them expire because the government needs the money for the deficit.  If the Republicans object, then the President can say, “All right.  I’ll compromise with you.  We could cut taxes for SOME Americans.  I suggest those earning between fifty thousand and 250 thousand.  Certainly you people cannot object to such a broad tax cuts for so many Americans”.  Then the ball would clearly be in the republican’s court.  If no bill is passed I’d just say “It’s no great loss because the election will be over by then and we all won’t be addicted to looking at the unemployment figures every month”.

There is talk now that Reporters covering the Romney campaign have a personal dislike for their subject.  Unlike President Obama, Mitt Romney is not the sort of person you’d like to sit down in an air conditioned bar (on a day like this) and have a beer with.  I’d suggest something Irish.  Mit Romney is one who could be pegged as “Not a nice guy” and the better you get to know him the more shallow and unprincipled you realize the man is.  Reporters have also become impatient with Romney for not releasing the twelve years of his past income tax returns that his Father released in the 1968 campaign, even though George Romney wasn’t even in the race all that long.  There is also good news on the swing state front.  There are some five to eight states, that’s all, that will make or break this election.  And among states where the President and Romney have been running the most ads, the President wins hands down in the opinion polls of likely voters.  We all know because of the rigged voting machines, that the President should have at least a four or five percent margin to assure himself a win in that state by November.

I think we can agree that Christianity is pretty much DOA as a religion in this country any more.  If Satan actually existed as a personalized being the way people think, if I were Satan I’d be feeling pretty darn good about now, as I surveyed the wreckage of the Christian faith, that makes Hurricane Irene look like a summer breeze.  Here are a few more “lessons from the Bible”.  In the parable of the talents, the goal is to “put money in circulation” and not to horde it the way Romney and these others do in their off shore accounts in the Caaman Islands.  The poor put every penny of their tax cuts into the economy, but you can’t say that of the rich.  Prayer is something that is best done privately- - and not in public nationalistic displays.  Also prayer should mean something.  You should not pray idle words.  Also the Bible says that people who get in trouble because they obeyed God in what he told them, such people God doesn’t forget.  This is opposed to what Neil Savedra says to the effect that “One should NEVER allow himself be be in ANY situation where the outcome is dependant on God and that it’s important to rely on faith that God will act in a timely manner.  The Bible also says to “Do unto others as you would have then do unto you”.  I am pretty sure the unemployed who lost their jobs because of the machinations of Bane capital- - might just feel as though Mitt Romney were not following the Golden Rule here.  The Golden Rule is taught even in the Mormon faith.  Also some would see their own religion as a set of platitudes where “every answer is written down and committed to memory in caticisum school” or whatever.  Jesus actually said that if you have a problem, don’t look for the solution in a book, but rather “ask, seek, knock.  Everyone who asks will get an answer and knock and the door will be opened”.  The Bible also speaks against contaminating or destroying the faith that Children have.  So many on the tea party right I could spend the rest of this paragraph just on them.  Teaching your kids to be bigots or homophobes, is violating the natural “kind spirit” of children.  Most of all the Bible teaches against hypocracy and lying.  But also the Bible says to stick up for “the little guy”, which got Justice Sotomayor in trouble at her confirmation hearings.  The Bible says “as you did it unto others, you did it unto me” and “as you did it not unto others you did it not unto me”.  If you don’t stick up for the little guy who is being picked on and has no advocate, how can you rightly expect that someone will stick up for you in your moment of need?  Also the Bible subordenates affairs of business and money to “weightier matters” such as a person’s character.  Having good character is to be cherished more than fine gold.  Personally I think Mitt Romney would never be suspected as being “A man of principled character”.  And also if you allow something to be done in your name, you can’t hide behind it and say “The buck stops with the Other Guy” as Neil of KFI would have you believe.  Apparently Neil believes in a God who “can’t take responsibility for his own people”.  Most of Neil of KFI’s examples are so utterly foolish that a bright fifth grader can see through them.

I watched Bill Handel on KFI for the full three hours when I wasn’t at breakfast, mainly ‘Handel on the News”.  Bill Handel did misquote liberals in saying “They say the rich having money is unfair”.  That is not at all what liberals say.  They want fair tax laws, as in equity for all alike.  The reason why conser-vatives repeat things so much nobody even brings up could indicate some psychological issues.
I had Nicole Sandler once again and she had a woman on who’d had an abortion saying that having an abortion kept her from ruining her life, by destroying the life of an Innocent.  Judas Iscariot may not be directly guilty of murder but this woman is.  She said that fully one third of ALL women have had or will have an abortion, so that “one third of the women you know” have had an abortion.  I wonder what Paul would say about that.  I’m also wondering if it’s actually true, how it will affect the “women for Romney” push.
In other trivia, coconut milk can be swapped in for coffee creamer and things that call for cream.  There is still a lot of obsession with gluten.  The aspertane powder comes in blue packets and the saccrine, which has been around since the 1800’s comes in the familiar pink packets we use.
As to the President’s announcement,  it’s a media misimpression that “People earning over $250,000 will lose their tax cut.  They will not.  They, too, will continue to get a tax discount on any money totaling under $250.000 - - and so will be paying less than they did under Clinton when people like Dr. Levy and Newt Gingrich say was such a wonderful period for the economy.  There is a veritable epidemic of black bear invasions of people’s private residences.
Nobody takes a lid detector test voluntarily unless they have a high confidence that they will pass it.  This would even be truer if you were a major politician, who would not do anything to risk his poll numbers or adverse publicity.  If the politician were honestly surprised by the results- - for instance grinning after being asked the hardest questions- - only to find out later that he failed, personally I would suggest the test was rigged and someone wants him to look bad.

Syrian Menace Continues to Go Ignored

John Mc Cain was on Face the Nation today and he brought the situation with Assad in Syria once again.  What’s so funny is that everybody is predicting, like Hillary was a few days ago that “President Assad will be gone soon”.  But I’ve been hearing that for months now from all sorts of people.  We hear continually of promised action but nothing ever happens. We need to heed Mc Cain’s words and the President should speak out on this subject.  Of course if our side continues to whoos out perhaps Turkey will take independant action on their own since they lost that plane and all.  You know a President Reagan or Kennedy would speak out on such ongoing atrocities where a government has massacred thousands of its own citizens and sought to export this terrorism to other countries.  I’m not saying we necessarily should have boots on the ground next week, but I think it’s time we should threaten such an action and openly confront both Russia and China.  We hear Communism is dead and the era of these “warring blocks” of nation and proxy wars is over.  And yet we have Iran and Russia and other nations openly defying the wishes of the UN and continuing to defend and advocate for Syria.  I personally don’t get it.  This would be an excellent way for the President of the United States to boost his rating his rating in the polls against Romney, and why he is stubbornly declining to take action eludes me.
Rand Paul introduced legislation last week that police drones needed a court issued warrant to play the heavens with their surveillance crafts and spy out latterly everything you and I do in what we believe in private.  Oddly Rand Paul’s view got little sympathy from the members on the Mc Laughlin panel, most saying that such concerns about violations of our civil liberties is way overblown.  Certain things are just nuicence factors- -  and one might think you could ban drones in that they are just annoying- - and won’t do the job police think.  Meanwhile in Texas the long arm of the law is extending to free speech and the right of a woman to stand on the side of the highway warning passengers of an upcoming police speed trap.  The police arrested her to “teach her a lesson”.  Clearly this is an upcoming issue that a Higher Court should rule on.  These cases are becoming accepted police practice now.  They even claim it’s illegal for drivers to put their high beams on as a warning to oncoming traffic of police action down the road.  Meanwhile citizens are less free to travel in State Parks because whole parks are either closed down, or else certain areas have been declared off limits because they can’t be “properly maintained” or something.  Cops are not timid about arresting hysterical people if they believe they are too zealous in defended the arrested person for interfering with law enforcement.  The police have a whole bag of tricks they can unleash at any time up their sleeves.
In other news there is tomorrows threatened internet virus attack, but personally I think I’ll chance it because I am pretty well protected.  Speaking of protection they say that people who have biologically become parents may have only half the vulnerability to the common cold as other adults.  I have heard stories of unmarried female school teachers and pre school care givers constantly getting sick and have been puzzled why.  But apparently the old adage “Your parents are too important to get sick” is in fact reality, and clearly parents did not get sick nearly as often as us kids did.  I think my immunity factor around here is pretty high right now.  Ernest Borgnine died today at age 95 of renal failure.  We all know him from Mc Hail’s navy and I recognized him in “From Here to Eternity”.  I never saw “Marty”.  I always thought that was a Western.  He obviously was in a whole lot more movies than I thought.  They now have a composite photograph of a circular, panoramic nature of the planet Mars with eight hundred individual photographs stitched together.  Of course users of Google Earth can have the experience any time of experience only lunar astronauts had before them of actually exploring lunar craters and going all around exploring them from various angles.  Of course “Star Tours” at Disneyland was a real eye opener as far as obtaining a real “flying craft” experience”.

NEILING AT THE ALTERATION OF WORSHIP

I had hoped to get up early at five to catch that before six KFI program.  I completely missed that program.  I decided to watch the Jesus Christ show which was about fifty percent commercials, if not more- - till twenty to seven.  Just how manipulative he is is amazing.  The guy was like me who concluded that it’s best just to be a good person and lay aside too much trust in any institution, be it government or church.  Jesus responded, “Well we all have a Faith problem now and again”.  The guy didn’t have a Faith problem, he had an institutionalized religion problem.  Why do pastors get so whiney about 'You believe everybody else.  You believe your boss when he says you'll get paid on Friday.  You believe your best friend when he says he'll pay you on Tuesday, and yet you won't believe a person who speaks from a church pulpet when he makes promises".  Gosh - I wonder why.  If you loan a guy at work ten dollars and he doesn't pay you back- - according to Neil- - YOU and not he - is the one who has a "faith challenge" now you didn't have yesterday.  Since the Bible says to lack faith is to sin, then now you've got sin, not the guy who cheated you.  Then Neil begins talking about himself as his own producer, Neil saying “I was over at his house the other day”.  Then the guy says “But I do have a fear of death and perhaps going to Hell”.  Neil then says “How can you believe in Hell without being religions?”  Is he serious.  Hell is common imigry in our art and movies and Simpson cartoons and everywhere else.  It’s like someone saying “I have worried about whether or not we are in global warming because of the heat” and one would respond, “Well then, this statement proves you’re an Al Gore leftist”.  At one point he seems to sympathize with the man saying “I don’t doubt you’ve had your struggles”.  But then exhibits no real interest in details of the man’s concerns.  Then Neil goes further off the deep end by saying that a man cannot believe in either good or evil without being religious “where these beliefs come from”.  Then he goes off in a Newt Gingrich type rant about how all the Colleges were first set up because of Religion, and also our Constitution is strictly based on religious Christian values.  He was talking about why people don’t pay attention to alarms.  Obviously Neil has never read the story of the boy who cried wolf.  It never occurred to him that an alarm might be malfunctioning.  Alarms go off with me all the time listening to Neil.  My "mental radar" has gone off in various Bible Studies but since James Dobson says "your feelings will lie to you" this is one "alarm" I ignored too many times.  He talked about the idea that just because God devises an Evil play for a cruxifiction, that doesn’t mean all the other players like Judas and Pilate have to go along with it.  And concludes “Therefore God is not Evil”.  No.  The point of the little example is “Just because God devises an evil plan, individual men don’t need to go along with it” and in this I agree.  He also said “Actually I’m not about any religion but a personal relation with Me”.  But in his very next breath in the best Mitt Romney flip flop, he says “However if you’re going to be religious, it’s best to join institutional religion”.  This begs the question whether not being religious at all is an option.  He went on to say that forgiveness has nothing to do with the pardoning of a person for past sins.  What Bible verse does he get that one out of?  Neil is boxed in by scripture here since Judas hanged himself BEFORE Jesus went to the cross, while he was still alive.  As such technically Judas is not yet guilty of Murder.  Jesus says that 'Judas never repented but only regretted being caught".  Not according to scripture.  In Jesus Christ Superstar Judas protests repeatedly "I don't want your blood money" and the Priests say, "It isn't blood money it's a fee nothing more.  Then Judas returns to them after the deed and "turns himself in" and throws down the blood money and says 'I have sinner in betraying innocent blood".   Judas goes on to say "By God I saw him- - he was three quarters dead".  Clearly this is a case where Bible writers could not explain why the Betrayer of the Annointed One- - - wasn't around to explain his actions.  If you believe Judas was the one who ended up getting crusified by some cosmic trick- - this rather than suicide would explain a now Dead Judas.
I decided to shave and I guess I had the TV on.  We had Raison Bran for breakfast in a half filled bowl.  We had a smaller portion of scrambled eggs than usual and toast and butter and jelly.  The Oriental lady’s giving me food has become a thing of the past.  Then it was ABC news and “This Week”.  They had Mitt Romney’s apparent pick for Vice President and he’s a real asshole.  Not Tim Pawlente but the other guy.   There was some democrat on.  The reporter this week was pretty inciteful but the interview concluded really soon and then went into their roundtable dominated by brain dead conservatives.  All the right wing bullshit platitudes were restated and never challenged by those who did have a brain cell that still worked.  So I switched to Face the Nation at eight thirty and that was better.  Someone said ABC news had taken a turn to the right and I should probably switch to NBC news.  It’s just that Bill likes ABC news in particular, or used to.  John Mc Cain was on.  They had a roundtable and ran past nine, and then had some baseball stuff on.  The All Star game is this Tuesday.  I hope it’s on TV.  You never know these days.  We are in the Dog Days of Summer when nothing happens.  I finally turned the calendar page today to July.  We can probably pretty much sleep through the entire month until Friday July 8, 2012 when the London Olympic games commence.
