To Impeach or Not to Impeach

.    The big debate now among democrats is whether or not to impeach.  Bill Pres is against impeachment and Stephanie Miller is for it, as I am.  I am for impeachments because like Elizabeth Warren says, "It's not a political issue but a moral one".   We have to cleanse the office of President and if we don't do that we aren't following what is prescribed in the Constitution for cases where the president is guilty of malfeasance.   We need to get the ball rolling and see what develops.  Sometimes these things have a snowball quality like they did wit Nixon.  There was no fear with Nixon of "What if we fail"?   To quote a line "Failure is not an option".   We should precede as if the spiritual health of this nation is dependant on it.  If it should become obvious that there is "nothing there" to charge him with we'll realize that as the process unfolds and make decisions at that point.  But we can't declare the race over and lost before the starting gun even goes off.  Here is one clear event from last Saturday and we'll past it over right now.  - - One was a detailed discussion of an incident of obstruction of justice where Don Mc Gann was ordered to tell Jeff Sessions to un-recruise himself and had a whole elaborate story for him to tell to the press concerning only having the investigation on future acts in campaigns (that haven’t happened yet).   The second was on a past event of AG Barr concerning Noriega in Panama that occurred under Bush 41 in October of 1989 where there was a failed coup attempt of the Panamanian people that we had encouraged.  Bush lost face from it.  So he had Barr issue this memo saying that the US had the power to arrest anyone it wanted to in the Panamanian government.  Barr would not show congress this memo but he was willing to “summarize” it for them.  After or perhaps along with impeaching Trump, we should also impeach Attorney General Barr.

Healthwise my right shoulder has been all better since about last Thursday.  I am no longer in pain but I'm not sure if it's because my shoulder is better and healing on its own, or whether it's the increased Adville that I presume I'm getting now, and I'm not even sure about that.  I have also had more stomach problems lately.  Of course last Saturday was marijuana day and perhaps I could have purchassed marijuana for stomach discomfort.  People were saying there is a pace just down the street to get it.  Of course yesterday was earth day.  I don't like all of these plastic straw regulations.  I guess you could call my record in ecology a little spotty.  I don't like regulations that cause inconvenience.  Plastic grocery bags are one thing but plastic straw bans are silly because they work so much better than paper straws and they aren't going to add that much more pollution.

The Mormons say that when we die that memories of our prior existance prior to birth will be restored to us and we'll see things in perspective.  This is better than the Christian perspective where we arrive at heaven's gate as dumb as a turnup that just fell off the truck.  Some people like the Apostle Paul say that by faith "we are already seated in heavenly places" right now as we live and breathe in this body.  This is an interesting concept.  If this be the case we may not even realize that we have died because we will be aware of an ongoing existance seeing life from the supernatural perspective.  Maybe if there is psychic warfare or at least "interraction" that we are aware WHY we won or lost certain conflicts in this life.  As you know I have believed in pluralism where these "Forces" all combat each other like a gigantic game of Risk which either ally themselves with each other or else oppose one another and there are winners and losers.   But as you know I prefer the psychic chessboard analogy.  It's all a matter of "how much of the board we control" and our insurance policies against being attacked tomorrow.  How well defended are we?  How well defended are those who oppose us, ie our enemies?    Space and time are big question marks here.  If we are free of gravitons up there- - - there may be a few surprises in store for us up there.

So what will happen to Donald Trump after he dies?  What sort of heavenly retrobution will be exacted against him?  If my theory is true- - - the moment we commit a deadly sin it's written down in the heavenly realm.   But I also like St Paul believe in a Marcion wall of separation between the heavenly or moral realm and the physical realm.  I don't believe you can count on retrobution in this life for either good or evil acts done.  This lady on Stephanie Miller says that congress needn't be doing actual impeachment procedings to get the needed unredacted documents we need.  Even a preliminary hearing will do in terms of meeting the requirement to get needed documents.  I would point out that we need to charge the president before 2022 when most of the acts were comitted to meet the five year statute of limitations requirement.  If Trump gets a second term he'll be home free, at least in this world.  I can't say about the next.
