Inquiring Minds Want to Know

The expression goes “great minds think alike”.  It’s usually said when some great idea or thought is come up with independently by two separate people.  The Greeks said “Ideas are real things- - more “real” than the material world, in fact.  I have entertained the theory that ideas, per se, are energy strings just as “events” are.  Indeed most great ideas spawn great events. Thom Hartman was talking a little about great ideas earlier.  Of course the whole thrust of a lot of my Federation stuff is that “certain belief systems have common origens and are spawned by the same source.  The idea is not new with me.  Fundamentalist Christians have always believed this.  There arises the question about things you have a “passion” for.  The new girl Erin has questioned whether what Shawn Hannity has is passion or just pure anger.  We know that Shawn Hannity is “passionate” about keeping poor Mexican kids just across the barbed wire fence OUT of this country.  That’s not the first thought that crosses my mind when I see wide eyed impoverished children.  But Shawn’s motto seems to be “I’ve Been Everywhere”.  OK all four of Shawn’s four grandparents are poor people from Ireland.  Shawn is this guy who comes out of obscurity to national fame and prominence, kind of like Barock Obama, kind of like the Antichrist in the Bible.  Shawn has been down in the immigration tunnels.  Shawn has been in San Diego.  Shawn has been in El Paso.  Shawn is tight with all manner of government authority.  Shawn has seem major gang leaders get arrested.  Shawn has seen all of the drugs piled high in secret rooms.  Shawn has been to Israel.  Shawn says he feels “perfectly safe” in Israel even during the so called “dangerous” rocket attacks coming from Gaza.  Yet Shawn was also “insulted” that the Air Port officials at Ben Gurian closed down the air port because it was too dangerous.  Shawn identifies with the rich Bankers keeping Greece captive.  Rush and Shawn both seem to be against this minimum wage bill signed by the President today that raises the pay level where you get minimum time and a half pay for overtime.  When it comes to occupations, Shawn has done it all.  Hell – he’s had even more diverse occupations than Paul.  I’ve never heard someone brag so much about where he’s been and the experiences he’s had since the last time I listened to “Sympathy for the Devil”.   We’ve been able to pretty much figure out what things Shawn is passionate about.  All fourteen or fifteen Republican candidates for President are passionate about keeping homosexuals from marrying.  In fact all fourteen candidates seem to be in virtual lock step about most of today’s pressing issues.  The Greek people would do better to pull out of the EU as they are voting to do in that referendum vote this weekend.  Thom Hartman points out that if they went to the Drachma and gave up the Euro- - they wouldn’t be “locked in” but could inflate their way out of their current crisis- - just as poor countries have done (or tried to do) for a couple of centuries.  People who are pro EU and Euro seem almost “angry” at the Greek people regarding them as no good and lazy.  Of course we hear that Shawn is not the same around the house and among friends as he is in the studio.  But like Howard Stern beginning in 1987 this “thing” just takes over and pours out of him.  In Howard’s case it’s the most vile of sexual imigry.  Howard is a vile man.  I wouldn’t want to be around him or have a beer with the guy.  Is that what Satan does either “for” or “to” a person that he taps into the Evil inside a person?  - all that rotten ugliness- - so you get literally paid for being a jerk?   Inquiring minds like me want to know.  How do you in your fourth year as a national talk show host- - get invited to spend a night in the Lincoln bedroom in the white house?  Some people say they discovered some “secret to success”.   I’d like to know what that is for people like Shawn and Rush.  Because there are a lot of Joe Blows out there are jerks too, but don’t get paid for it.  Judgement Day I hear is coming for Beck, Hannity, and Limbaugh because next year according to Hartman their contracts will be up for renewal- -and none of these three have ratings any more.

Governor Chris Christie has announced for President today and I guess he is the fifteenth candidate to do so.  I’ve lost track.  They were just reviewing all of his economic policies and reminding us what sad economic shape New Jersey is in.  There is this big pollution case where the corporation was fined a billion dollars.  But Christie intervened and got the judge to issue a “stay” where the case could be reconsidered.  He then decided he would pocket two hundred million of the 250 million settlement fee- - and use the fifty million to clean up the mess, that was previously deemed to cost a billion to clean up.  Christie, like Perry didn’t just fire one person but a whole prosecution staff that went against his wishes.  But Christie can be positively ruthless in a few prosecution cases - - even to the extent of hiding (withholding) exculpatory evidence, which is illegal in any state.  Many people wonder what happened to all of the Hurricane Sandy funds.  We know one politician was penalized for not getting flood relief all for a political vendetta.  Christie is really “passionate” if you will, when he speaks.  Sure Donald Trump talked about putting up a fence and “charging Mexico to do it”.  But for Trump I believe it’s an act.  Christie is really heartfelt and genuine about his contempt for the poor.  I think the punsters will crucify him with all of those “tsunami splash effects” when it comes to talking about Christie jumping in to the political contest.  Both Trump and Christie are going to be murdered in the Republican debates because there are too many people who can’t stand either of them, and won’t defend them.

NBC dropped Donald Trump and Miss America and Miss Universe and Trump was already dropped from celebrity apprentice, when he announced.  Trump, rather than apologise for the remarks, double down on them.  WCPT stated that both Shawn Hannity and Bill O Riley have defended Trump, as well as all the staff on FOX news.  Randy Rhodes is going to make some kind of appearance on the Stephanie Miller program tomorrow.  Randy has been writing her own book.  Stephanie’s book goes on sale (?) on Friday.  How can a book be number one on the NY Times best seller list and still not be available to buy yet?

Norman Goldman makes an interesting point.  What if in Texasistan or some place you went to apply for a gun permit and the clerk in charge said “My pacifist religious convictions forbid me from granting you your gun permit”.  And yet certain people think nothing of people refusing to grant marriage licenses even if it’s now the law of the land.  This whole thing about religious convictions is a touchy one.  I don’t deny that.  I don’t think Catholic hospitals should be compelled to grant abortions or that condoms be sold in the Vatican gift shop.  But if we don’t have the rule of law, do we not descend into chaos?  We know how “passionately” rich people are about increasing their own taxes.  Mitt Romney seemed a little “passionate” when he saw all those Chinese women exploited in that fenced in sweat shop building.  Did he really buy into that line about “We aren’t fencing them in; we’re fencing those outside OUT, who want in”.    And I guess there are also suicide nets- - because you just naturally feel about stepping out of a ten story window on your morning coffee break.  The constitution says “No religious test will ever be required to hold government office”.  I take this to mean that when it comes to civil service employment, the government has no “regard” for religion, and I use the term in a neutral sense.

This is after dinner and it began raining before dinner at least before I got out to the patio (it was wet)  and during dinner there was thunder but I didn’t see any lightning.  It was raining after dinner.  Bill drew on his cash account here and so had cigarettes before dinner and he lent me one.  We had corned beef and lots of wedge potatoes and corn bread and red Jell-O for dessert.  I’m sure my blog readers have had other metaphysical questions occur to them that perhaps I should deal with so I guess I will mention a few things.   For instance it’s been pointed out to me that you don’t always need a sensient avatar to be able to have clairvoyant abilities, which is knowing what’s going on at some distant place.  This would be level two in our psychic dimensions.  Dardanians use the term of “space folding”, but we know this is physically impossible.  What it is is the “same thing” doctrine applied where you in your own physical body can be two places at the same time.  Level one could be called both “level one possession” and also “level one psychic contact”.   Level three is- - “friendly possession” where the original soul voluntarily departs the body that you come to inhabit.  This is called level three psychic dimension because not only can you see and hear, but touch and feel and taste as well.

Supreme Court Approves Contraversial Execution Drug

The Supreme Court has approved this controversial execution drug used in Oklahoma.  This is the same drug when used cause prolonged agonizing deaths where the inmates twitched for an hour and a half refusing to die.  It’s said that this sedative drug was not effective and therefore the other two drugs- - which are more uncomfortable- - weren’t being used on an already unconscious person.  I’m a little surprised at this ruling.  Apparently next season they are going to revisit school admission quotas.  The court also approved the Arizona plan of redistricting of congressional district, not based on Gerrymandering.  Actually I voted against this plan for some panel of retired judges “non partisan” to redraw the districts when it came up in that special electin of November of 2005.  My motto then was “to the victors go the spoils” but I have since altered my political view on this and see the inherent harm of Gerrymandering and how it can be used to distort racial representation.  So basically the score is two for the conservatives and one for the liberals in today’s triad of Court rulings.

Thom Hartman was talking with this anti FDA guy because the administration was recommending a Medeteranian diet of more nuts and green vegetables and fish- - and less processed grain and meat.  The guy claims the change is not because of nutrition but rather represents the “environmental outlook of the administration”.  He talked about global warming and things like “aqua-culture” by getting more food from the sea, which is less energy and petro-chemical dominant.  One of the three Supreme court rulings involves ignoring a regulation saying we need less chromium and mercury and arsenic and other toxins in our environment.  Because the Court rules that “The EPA when it handed down these regulations failed to consider the cost of such regulations”.  Trying to hear the other two Court decisions today was difficult because they weren’t on Google news.  Sometimes Google news can really be slow.  Legalizing marijuana would go a long way tword solving our continuing budget woes in California.

Once again Greece is voting on whether to pull out of the EU and get rid of the Euro and go back to the Drachma.  People are fearing that Greece will default on the loans they've gotten from the Euro banks.  From what I've heard- - the interest rates are so high they may have already paid their debt- - just like the Ferguson government in their absurd fines of the people.  Judy's motto is "If it's people getting financially screwed by Big Banks" she's all for it.  She's a regular Mitt Romney.  Judy is all for any "austerity measures".  In fact she's like to impose the same austerity measures in this country.  That's what she said at the beginning of 2012.  Unemployment in Greece is exceding Great Depression levels, so it's not as if the people are living too high on the hog.  I'm not sure what these financial lords want- - blood?   ATM withdrawals are restricted to sixty Euros, which now is sixty-six dollars.  The value of the Euro has been falling with respect to the US dollar.  People are lining up fearing the results of this "bank holiday".  Stocks in this country are falling in response to this so called crisis.  The Dow Jones Industrials are down 144 points.

Here are some other doings.  There was organic diet stuff (restaurants) on Eye on LA as well as various venues to get a workout that are a little novel, such as trampolines and swimming and pole climbing.  AFV wasn’t on but instead they had the “Millionaire” host doing “Family Feud”.  I watched for a little while.  Then I switched to sixty minutes.   I didn’t know the Foo Fighters were founded by the drummer of Nirvana.  However back about twenty years ago I got a message from Kurt Cobain when asked about the grunge scene which group he’d recommend today and he said “The Foo Fighters”.  The name comes from people who spotted UFO’s during WW II.  The guy, the drummer- - says he plays for the joy of it, and his latest album was recorded in various cities and he visited each city and wrote a song about some key event or person in that city.  The middle segment was on the past corruption of the Veterans administration, but these have been remedied now.  Then it was the Simpson’s and organic agricultural based Education based on the knowledge of Willie, the groundskeeper.   Apparently the computers had gone down.  Bart Simpson got the key question in a math quiz about drawing lines producing triangles based on the patterns made by Homer Simpson’s balding scalp.

Today's metaphysical commentary is about astral travel.  That's what I told Glen I was going to write about just now, after lunch.   We have said in recent postings that it's key to know what the soul or "self" is made out of - - in terms of "extra dimensional substance".  But we can simplify that a little by remind you of Mal Evans' "congruancy of shapes" doctrine.  This "shape" of the soul is determined by opperative Engrams (as opposed to inopperative ones at the moment)  Since engrams are like viruses in cells they are like pegs fitting into "holes" or receptors in the cells, where they gain their power.  Hence a soul with the same opperative engrams would have the same "shape".  This doctrine goes "Two identical shapes in the same feng chue string environment" are identical even if separated by vast areas of Space or even Time.  This doctrine goes back to the eighties.  Stated in this manner it's not even necessary to analyze the "physicality" of the soul.  Man Evans says the "psychic spacial surrounds have to be identical".   When Mal Evans speaks of psychic space- - it's a little like either zero or fifth dimensional space, but the Dardanians don't talk about the Fifth Dimension per se.  But it's necessary now I see to remind you of something I've stated before that one must beware of psychic out of body travel- - because from a phychisicality point of view it's JUST AS EASY to travel say to a spot on the Atlantic coast, or somewhere in Europe (like Hamburg) in THIS time-space continuous as it is a closely related parrellel universe where one may witness (see, experiance) ALMOST the identical thing- - but one is not assured that small but significant differences may pop up, if for instance you were using an astral travel witness to describe a murder he witnessed or something.   Keep in mind that parrellel universes are not separated by space, but rather - lateral time.  Since the "shapes" (in this case- - your own Soul is the shape) are identical- - - there is no need to talk about any zero or fifth dimensional "mode of transport".  Zero dimensional "transport" differs from fifth dimensional in that no lateral time is traversed but only space within this Universe.  Because the two entities are ALREADY the SAME THING.  This is Mal Evans' law of psychic travel.  I got from Mal Evans in the early days of blogging that "psychic" was used to describe this phenominon.  One question we aren't dealing with here is gaining control over said "out of body travel" to make it systematic and dependable.  But knowing you don't have absolute (or much control at all) control- - at all WHICH of several parrellel universes you "land in", then once again- - the question of "What is Real and what is Not" becomes problematical.  Because one definition of a parrellel universe (one "property" of a parrellel universe) is that it is NOT REAL as an empericist defines REAL, as scientifically measurable and varifiable- - IN THIS TIME-SPACE universe.   One word popped up as "peer to peer travel".  This differentiates such "connection" from merely point to point energy resonance strings. This is to say that you need an Avatar- - or something sensient (a Captain Piccard term)  But this other Being need not be human.  A sensient animal may do almost as well.  There was one saying of the founder of Taoism, Lao Tsu which goes "The other night I dreamed I was a butterfly.  But then I got to thinking- - am I Lao Tsu dreaming I was a butterfly, or am I really a butterfly dreaming I was Lao Tsu?"  (Selah)

Supreme Court Overturns State Gay Marriage Bans

This morning the Supreme Court overturned all statewide bans on gay marriage, so gay marriage is now “The Law of the land”.   Justice Kennedy wrote the majority decision.  They say that the court foreshadowed this ruling by one two years ago where the word “dignity” kept cropping up in the decision.  The court could have overturned bans on gay marriage then but didn’t.  I do not approve of this ruling, of course.  Terry and all those people’s prayers the day the case was heard, went unheard by God.   Whatever I thought of Shawn Hannity’s remarks of yesterday, I fully expect to be in substantial agreement with Shawn today.  Here indeed is the case of a Court legislating from the bench and trying to make policy that is properly handled by the legislatures of the “several states”.  One must remember that it wasn’t that many years ago where there was a raft of about a dozen states had referendums on gay marriage- - and all twelve states including California voted in favor of banning gay marriages.  But liberals have this saying about how “The courts should lead the way in public opinion” and now 58% of the American people now favor gay marriage.  Not all that long ago the figure was 29% favoring it.  Seldom has there been such a complete turn-around on such a major issue.  Today the Orion Federation issued a statement praising this gay marriage ruling, but the Federation also has its vase areas of domain where the local population do not agree with gay marriage.  I don’t like the idea of Johnson and Johnson or anybody else ‘preaching’ to me about who I should and should not accept.  Rush Limbaugh pointed out that these ads break from a longstanding practice to “push the product and to make money”.  Here the agenda would appear to be something else.  If this trend were to continue about propagandizing in ads- - perhaps one of you, the reader of this- - opinion might be impacted next.  I think this opinion treads on state’s rights in a major way and sets a bad precedent.   I think there are other areas where federal regulations have become intrusive.  And I’d say the same thing of a right wing president trying to impose their law.

Norman Goldman says “The Supreme Court interprets what laws mean - - all the time.  That’s kind of what they do”.   I don’t think the word “only” is in the law, but Shawn inserted it on a regular basis saying “Only the state exchanges qualify for government subsedies”.  The word “only” completely changes the meaning of the statement and Shawn knows it.  It’s disingenuous for Sean Hannity to say that somehow congress WANTED the disastrous outcome of the ACA if the court had ruled the other way.  The bias if there is any is to be biased in “trying to get the laws to work”.  “There are contradictory laws all the time”.  OK, now we know.   Also stated was “The Federal Government would never pass a law with the intent that it fail”.  Also there is the “no ticking time-bomb” argument.  State Attorney Generals have petitioned the court not to nullify the subsidy part of this law because “We didn’t know and never would have failed to set up the exchanges if this were the case”.  This was Anthony Kennedy’s argument.  It seems Norman used to be legal analyst for Ed Schultz and he was scathing in his attacks on the affordable care act when the bill was in the pipeline.  The caller says “I’m old school.  I’m a single payer guy from way back”.   Norman says some states may get single payer in 2017

In today’s triple play of blog posts- - the United States “tested” mustard gas on Blacks and various Polynesian or “savage” races just after World War II.  It would seem a dialog about some sort of reperations is in order here.  Then there was the posting on the massacre by the Israelis of the people of Gaza cutting off their fishing rights blockading them and bombing them back to the stone age and smashing the dreams of its citizens.  The Israelis can make all their rationalizations about Gaza, but clearly they did not respect the "free election" where Hammas won.  People look at the slaughter that went on in Gaza last summer- - like shooting big fish in a small fish tank- -  and instinctively know there is something just "not Christian" about this.  But of course Jews aren't Christians.  Then there was the posting on how the uninsured rate for Obama care is now down one and a half percent from 2008.  But all the while when President Obama was bragging about how great Obama Care was the rate of the uninsured was actually rising.  The reasoning behind it goes like this.  People were told that “something a lot better than what you have now” is just around the corner.  A lot of people let their old policies lapse because they didn’t want to be locked in contractually to an inferior policy.  But of course the implementation of Obama Care was delayed almost endlessly.  As you remember President Obama campaigned on universal or total health care coverage in 2008.

In the spirit of putting more Science in Science Fiction - let's talk about the Romulan cloaking device.  We have spoken of all space being "constructed" around certain specific algerithms which "sets the perameters" of various dimensions.  The next question is "How do scientists discover the algerithm of our own Space?  The answer is- - since the algerithm defines the dimension (s) then we have to get OUTSIDE the dimension to know what the algerithm is.  If you were a tile on a flat mosaic you could not know the pattern of said mosaic because you have to get away from it to see it.   It's kind of like a fish not knowing that water is wet because it has no basis of comparison.  We have spoken of acceleration to great speeds beyond the acceleration of light and you ask "How".  Well- - is it easier to push a car that is in gear or in neutral.  In neutral of course.  This is because the whole gear drive apperatus is disengaged.  Here is another way of looking at it.  Picture some plastic building blocks like legos or something.  Now stipulate that there are little bumps and holes on these blocks that lock into each other.  But in order to lock in- - the patterns of both blocks have to jive or match.  If they don't- - they don't mesh and the blocks would slide over each other much more easily being made of poly vinyl chloride plastic or whatever.  We have informed you the incoming EM radiation and gravitational fields- - are in force.  But YOU in the ship are cloaked- - and your OWN gravity doesn't propagate out into ordinary space.  So you travel through ordenary space but you aren't "Locked into it".  So you as it were- - slide by.   You are not subject to the same acceleration problems of your own mass because as far as you are concerned- - it's like a football wide receiver running outside the out of bounds line to get away from the traffic to later catch the ball.  (Which is illegal, of course)  Same principle.  In terms of the nature of Romulan space we have referred to it as GMO space, because it's "space" that does not naturally occur in Nature.  Nature only produces straight line space-time.  This is warped space.  (I do not know if this is where Star Trek got their warp factor or not- probably not)   We have spoken of this GMO space as being non co plainer because it's a different specific algerithm.  You can physically engage space only constructed in this same algerithm.  But "Only God can produce space radiating out in a different ("sunburst" direction like parrellel universes.  This is the Stewart Sutcliffe principle.  God does straight lines.  God produces radiating lines - - and the nearby lines are not quite parrellel but highly oblique.  This becomes important because the whole "time space" thing is NOT altered in the long term.  Indeed we have said that "Time is not affected at all in this process".   Well, that's our lesson for today.

Supreme Court Approves ACA Subsedies

The Supreme Court had given a thumbs up to all aspects of the Affordable Care Act even the controversial state subsedies, that were supposed to have been instituted by non-existant state run exchanges.   The ruling was six to three in favor of the Obama administration, which is one more than the five to four decision they rendered three years ago, with Justice Kennedy switching sides this time and voting in the affirmative.  The whole controversy centered on a few isolated words in the text of the law saying that the “state run exchanges” were responsible for administering the subsedies for the insured.  Without the subsedies it was said that eventually the whole Health Care program would fall apart after a while because healthy people who couldn’t afford it would just not be on the exchanges at all.  On the “Today” show they interrupted endless coverage of the local LA fires around here for an NBC breaking news story, and I was guessing this would be the topic.  This topic will dominate talk radio today.  This case was kind of a “last hope” of the right wing.  Justice Scelia suggested that from now on they should just refer to the ACA as SCOTUS care- - for Supreme Court.   In Ted Cruz’s words “Once more and more people get a taste of the sugar” than the Affordable Care Act will be more popular.  Stocks in healthcare stocks has jumped up sharply after the hour or two after this Court ruling became known.  A lot of the ruling hinged on the phrase "such exchanges" meaning exchanges that were the same in kind- - as the state exchanges.

I thought of doing a Twin Spin of Washington’s blog in terms of either posting both of them or pasting both to a Word file.  One is how the US Military wants to kill journalist by calling them first “unlawful combatants” and then Obama changed it to “unprivileged antagonists”, which is awkward to say.  Obama likes to be belligerent to the media himself, and of course is the champion of having Whistle Blowers thrown in jail, more than all the previous presidential administrations put together.  Then there was a “Day the earth died” segment on the Trans Pacific Authority.  But I don’t think the article goes far enough.  Not only will current regulations of any country be frozen in place, but I think if you are deemed to have too many regulations- - such as dolphin free tuna- - the regulation will be rolled back.  But the article does make the good point that were there an ecological crisis or an economic crisis down the line and we had to take decisive action, we would be forbidden by law to do anything.
1. Complacency and intellectual laziness
2. Profound political disunity
3. Rise of unproductive complexity
4. Those bearing the sacrifices opt out/quit
5. Decay of effective leadership
6. Rise of bread and circuses mindless entertainment to distract/placate restive citizenry
7. Decline of wealth-producing capacity–status quo living off financial trickery
8. sclerosis–status quo controlled by vested interests
9. Resource depletion/environmental damage

One story that got completely buried was Bobby Jindil declared his candidacy for President today,  Jindil is the first Candidate of Indian extraction to seek the highest office.  But Jindil is kind of the stealth candidate.  There is almost no news about his declaring his candidicy on line, and it's reduced to a one liner even in the media network broadcasts.  He is the thirteenth Republican to officially throw his hat into the ring.

Just to underscore the fact that the Trans Pacific Partnership is worse than the paragraph above says it is, there is actually a memo, which I'm certain President Obama has signed off on, that states that American Workers are overpaid by about twenty percent, and our trade imbalance is CAUSED by the fact that apparently starting with the Reagan administration Americans have TOO MUCH MONEY to spend so they buy up foreign goods.  There is a lot of talk about "evening out the pay scale' and every other scale such as worker safety and environmental concerns.  Clearly there are numerous cases already when because of NAFTA the will of governments is overridden, such as being forbidden to state country of origen on our nation's meat supply.  You know about oil drilling in Canada going against Canadian environmental laws.  You know about how our immigration laws will be made obsolete because workers will be able to come here without the necessity of am American visa to work, and their presence can't be questioned.  In fact the underlying principle is that NOTHING can be questioned, because our Courts are not our own any more, and the Constitutional guarantee of a trial by a jury of our piers is thrown out.  This President is so anti progressive that he has in fact brought more cases against Whistle blowers and all previous Presidents combined.  Whatever dark visions that fundamentalist Christians had forty years ago about a one world government- - this President is in support of.

I went and got my medication from Tom.  There was slight nausea a few minutes later, but it’s been worse.  I had Glen Beck on.  For a while he sounded almost rational – not that I agreed with what he was saying but it was plausible.  But then he launches into this tyrade about President Obama’s communist agenda and how Obama has always been a communist and never repented, and Valerie Jered and her whole family are communists and on the FBI’s most wanted list.   I need to research Valerie Jered on my own, and hopefully I"ll get an objective source that will report the real facts.  Because we all need to know something about these long term advisers the President has always been close to for a decade or longer.

Even in the past ten years society has changed a lot.  Face book and Twitter did not exist ten years ago.  The I Phone did not exist ten years ago.  These things have wrought a major change in people's life styles over the past ten years.  Certainly the "Obama hate machine" did not exist ten years ago.  Ten years ago I was still hoping that George W Bush would have a successful Presidency and we'd have peace in Iraq- - and I was hoping Roe vs Wade would be overturned- - and if President Bush had any ideas about privatizing Social Security- - I was open to them.

What if our Souls- - - - don't exist just in this Universe but what other souls do in parrellel Universes will be credited to our heavenly accounts be it for good or for bad.  One could argue a strange case that major events like today's Supreme Court event could JUST AS EASILY gone the other way and in other parellel universes DID go the other way.  This could be true for most ANY major event in our lives.  What if all of these separate parrellel divisions of the soul somehow Reunite on Judgement Day- - and either a success a failure in this life will have to "live with" the memories of either success or failure of their lives done by their parrellel selves in a parrellel universe.  This would be the Nafta-iszation of our souls where this particular time-space continueoum is only an ACCIDENT or individual happenstance- - religated almost to an ILLUSION and does not represent the Whole Truth of what our Lives will be judged by.  Unsettling thought, huh?

Our Sociopathic Governmental Leaders

“Psychopaths are unable to form emotional attachments or feel real empathy with others, although they often have disarming or even charming personalities. Psychopaths are very manipulative and can easily gain people’s trust. They learn to mimic emotions, despite their inability to actually feel them, and will appear normal to unsuspecting people… When committing crimes, psychopaths carefully plan out every detail in advance and often have contingency plans in place. Unlike their sociopathic counterparts, psychopathic criminals are cool, calm, and meticulous.”
-Psychology Today

The US sponsored a governmental coup in Honduras in 2009 to install a repressive government which you’ve heard so much about in the past few years.  Why is the Obama “regime” involved in that kind of stuff?  We install a Shiite government in Iraq and then get pissed because Iraq is now a vassel of Iran, or so the conservatives claim.  When it comes to who we support in the Middle East, I don't know if we're coming or going.  Clearly our government's activities in Ukraine are suspect.  Rather than have to little defense capabiity- - it seems we have so many armed forces and weaponry we don't know what to do with it all, so we instigate wars that would not have otherwise started- - almost as if we're bored or something.  There is something just slightly sociopathic about all this.  Our government does seem to be lacking in any real sense of Empathy for the poor and down trodden of the world.  It would seem as if we opperate from the motto of "The poor are expendable, but the rich must be protected from the consequences of their own actions at all costs.  I've heard Republicans complain about "picking winners and losers" in the Obama-Bush massive Wall Street bail-out of October of 2008.  Legislators were told if they didn't vote for the bail out that all sorts of dire things, including the imposition of marshal law, would occur within two weeks.  We now have a situation where President Obama gladly risks every bit of whatever credibility he had left, in supporting the Trans Pacific Partnership.  It now seems it's only a matter of time before this nightmare piece of legislation will become a trans-global Reality we'll have to live with for decades.

Tom Brady met with NFL leaders today forty days and forty nights after Tom Brady's suspension hoping to reduce his punishment of missing a full quarter of the upcoming football season.

One thing I've wondered about is for a while they were grinding out Star Trek movies to beat the band.  How come they don't show these on TV like they used to show Star Wars movies on TV all the time or Harry Potter movies all the time?  Most of the techy stuff that's out today is less true "Science fiction" than some other plot in a high tech setting.  Maybe we need the next Star Trek type movie to- - - start fresh with the facts we know today- - rather than the facts we knew about fifty years ago when Star Trek first came out.   Or would people be too bored if we actually put "science" in science fiction?

Now the Confederate Flag will be harder to purchase because Amazon and E Bay and Wall Mart and Target and Sears will stop selling it.  Of course, like guns at times during the early days of the Obama Administration, guns were flying off the shelves.  It will take a two thirds vote of both houses of the South Carolina legislature to have the Confederate flag removed from the state capitol.  That doesn't appear likely to happen.  Blacks view the Confederate flag differently from your garden variety White, who merely read about the confederacy in History books and sees the flag as "The banner flown by the losing side" and nothing more.   My Alma mater Savanna High, flew the confederate flag a time or two and nobody thought anything about it more than "The Rebels".

Thom Hartmann was on at nine and I left for a punch break at ten.  I hung out a long time wearing that striped heavy shirt.  Andrew was here with Glenda.  Everybody else except Donald were in short sleeves.  Cigarettes were hard to come by all day.  I’ve only had three whole cigarettes all day.  One early in the morning (from Donald?) and one from Lishia right after Glenda gave Bill one.  And Glenda gave me one in the afternoon after snack time and before I got in the long and slow line to see Dr Saran.  I felt tired of standing and eventually got to sit in a chair that wasn’t being used.  There were a lot of wheelchairs in line.  Dr Saran again asked if I wanted a colonoscopy since I was now 65.  My temperature was 98.8 and my blood pressure was a little shallow at 110 over 90.  Olivia was here when I returned to the room after three.  I knew I had money but Jennifer began calling names just before two.  It didn’t make people more willing to part with their cigarettes, though.  I got iced tea in the afternoon.  Today in Soap land - Nicole and Eric were rescued from that boiler room or whatever and both of them were passed out cold.  When Daniel and the good guys got there - Nicole had no pulse and kept talking about preparing to die.  Real life has it's pitfalls too in people's lives.  Glenda is taking perpiset starting tomorrow which is a stronger drug than Morphine.  She’ll be taking it four times a day for pain mainly in her legs, which is horrible.  She told me the experts say she only has one year to live and to get her affairs in order, like a burial site.  It was a hot day today and I took off that heavy striped shirt a little after lunch.  I had that Mark fellow on standing in for Sean Hannity.  We had turkey tetrazzini for dinner - - that tube pasta stuff.  We had spinach and garlic bread with it and strawberry ice cream for dessert.  There were no seconds.

US Senate Approves Trade Promotion Authority

The US Senate voted today to approve the Trade Promotion Authority.   They just got three-fifths of the Senate to vote for cloture.  This clears the way for a final vote where all they will need to pass is a simple majority.  Bernie Sanders just stood up and gave a message angry in tone.  There were more speeches by Republicans saying "Occasionally the President gets it right".  Well the President has "gotten it right" a lot of time and a lot of votes in the pass, but previously the Republicans blocked him at every turn.  Not this time.  Now they gladly vote to sell out the interests of this country in so many ways- not just economically.  The significance of this Senate vote is that it conforms to what the House did passing the Trade Promotion Authority without the Jobs Bill or trade adjustment assistance or whatever.  This was the do or die vote.  If the senate had voted this down today the bill might well have died.  Now there are no more road blocks to passing the Trans Pacific Partnership- - which will probably sail through with little opposition and only 83 seconds of debate per congressman, from what I've heard, is mandated.

We have the Supreme Court decision by which cops in LA are no longer able to barge into a Motel and ask for the registry.  Then if they spot someone they can claim “exigent circumstances” and go busting down the door of the room.  The Court said “No”.   President Obama held an interview with a local comic who does a pod cast out of his old garage, and he used the word “Nigger” but how else are you going to say “We used to use that word”?   Linda and the crowd at the station got all paranoid over that word.  In the famous Spider Man case- - apparently a toy maker and Marvel Comics were in a dispute about whether royalties on a patent could be collected when the patent expires.  The court agreed with the lower court that you can’t collect royalties.  But which side are we talking about here?  It’s confusing, but it appears the toy maker is the one holding the patent on this novel toy, and he lost.  Then there was a thing on raison growers growing too many crops violating a New Deal regulation.  It would seem the justices were thinking ‘Screw the New Deal and let the growers sell their raison crop”.

Now Governor Nicky Haley has agreed to take the Confederate Flag down.  I was flabbergasted by that ruling.  I never thought it’d happen.   Now “Jebbers” Bush took the confederate flag down in Florida years ago.  Mitt Romney says “Take the flag down”, and Rick Sandorum called the SC shooting an “act of terror”.  Wow!  I thought “In an era where we have to pick our battles, this Confederate flag is way down the list of immediate priorities”.  I thought getting rid of the flag was a pipe dream along the same lines as the Washington Redskins changing their name to be more “politically correct” and all.  They say that Bigotry is a personal attitude twords Blacks.  Whereas racism could be described as a whole government system in place to keep the Black man permanently down.  Think about it.  But the flag can't be taken down without the vote of the heavily Republican South Carolinan legislature, and if the governor doesn't lean on them pretty hard saying it's something she really wants, then it probably won't happen.

Is the following the final word on Ukraine?  Ukraine’s President Petro Poroshenko requests the supreme court of Ukraine to declare that his predecessor, Viktor Yanukovych, was overthrown by an illegal operation; in other words, that the post-Yanukovych government, including Poroshenko’s own Presidency, came into power from a coup, not from something democratic, not from any authentic constitutional process at all.   “I ask the court to acknowledge that the law ‘on the removal of the presidential title from Viktor Yanukovych’ as unconstitutional.”  I had previously reported, and here will excerpt, Poroshenko’s having himself admitted prior to 26 February 2014, to the EU’s investigator, and right after the February 22nd overthrow of Yanukovych, that the overthrow was a coup, and that it was even a false-flag operation, in which the snipers, who were dressed as if they were Ukrainian Security Bureau troops, were actually not, and that, as the EU’s investigator put his finding to the EU’s chief of foreign affairs Catherine Ashton.

The US Senate has voted to ban CIA torture.  The vote was 72 to 21 with Marco Rubio not voting.  Most of the pro torture votes came from Republican senators.  Of course torture was illegal already.  Thom Hartman says that the reason why we waterboard or use other extreme questioning is NOT for security but rather to creat fear and crush densest in the average American.  Today what I was saying about medical experimentation is making the news today.  However our government was doing medical experiments on people in the forties at a time when the Nuremberg trials were going on.  What we condemned other governments for, we were guilty of ourselves.

Probing to Get to the Real Truth

We should measure the wealth of a society not at its Apex but at it's Base
-Andrew Jackson

Free Speech TV tells you the news you don't get otherwise.  This is not spam, but just one observer reporting the facts.  For instance if GM has a faulty ignition switch or something that costs a dollar per car, and they don't spend that extra dollar then 114 people die.  What are 114 lives worth?  You hear about wage theft.  It would be not paying overtime.  My Dad had a job starting in late 1966 where he wasn't paid for coming in on Saturday.  He says it wasn't so bad because traffic was lighter and he could get more done at the office without interruptions.  Even so I saw it as a rip-off.   There are travel times to places such as Jim Cooper working four SC Edison and they would travel to jobs.  In those days when he got overtime he would brag he was getting paid a dollar a minute.  But what if you weren't paid for travel times from job to job once you reported in?  Then there are those jobs where you show after work rather than showering before work such as a steel plant, or perhaps some nuclear facility where you are exposed to radiation.  This preparation time for work should be counted in salaries.  In my own writings I have talked about the real truth behind Christianity- - and we won't go into that now except to say that the Gnostic Marcion had a lot to do with the creation if the literary character Paul aka Saul of Tarsus.  Of course the corporate media won't talk about keeping the internet free, and won't attack the Koch Brothers or the pharmaceutical companies, if these people are paying the bills, and you see ads for this companies on that station.

Let's talk about Senator Bernie Sanders.  The big truth about Sanders is that he suddenly rose to fifteen percent (or more than ANY one Republican candidate) within a couple weeks of his announcing.  There was the clip of Sanders dressing down Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan in 2003 for his ignorance of the fact the United States is losing manufacturing jobs big time.   Alan Greenspan said America was still number one with the greatest economy and the highest standard of living.  Keep in mind this is 2003 when we only had a four trillion dollar national debt, but the economy showed many of the same sicknesses it does today.  In 2008 Greenspan saw the light and admitted his thinking was flawed on a lot of economic issues.  Bernie Sanders has pulled 42% in a couple of statewide polls and had a good chance of winning the New Hampshire primary outright, which is something Eugene Mc Carthy didn't even do.  Mc Carthy only pulled 42% or so against Johnson in March of 1968, and it was enough to scare Johnson out of running again.  And we cross Sanders with Hillary who apparently voted for wire taps, and of course she voted for the Iraq war in 2003.  But most indicting of all, Hillary Clinton voted to change the personal bankruptsy regulations to make it harder for ordenary citizens, but all the while making it easier for the big banks to be "too big to fail".  Of course you can't opt out of your six or seven percent student loan debt even if you used to be able to declare bankruptsy because thanks to Hillary and others, you can't do that any more.  The media says that Hillary has "gone to the left" on major issues, but this is merely a well constructed myth.

Yesterday before dinner I was reading more stuff about Ukraine trying to get a sense of balance of the issue.  It’s true that getting rid of the pro Russian president of Ukraine was a democratic act of the parliament or whatever.   The Russians have never explained why a fair, democratic vote was invalid.  On the other hand you can’t get around the fact that Canada, the US, and Ukraine were the only three countries at the UN that didn’t condemn the Nazi party when they had a chance, all not to offend Ukraine.  That’s a pretty blatant endorsement.  I haven't talked about Stewart Sutcliffe in a while.  We need the perspective of those who have passed to the "other side" on some issues.  Stu says that "N" symbol the Ukrainians use really isn't the same as a Nazi symbol, and the sort of "Nazi" activity is fundamentally different from what Adolph  Hitler advocated.  Stu says "It's really a vertical Z for Ziggy symbol".   This symbol was being used over two decades ago on Sirius B.  Actually if you stick one more line in the symbol it could be the NY Yankees symbol.  But as I just said, you can't get around the fact that the parliament of their own country by a democratic process- - voted to change governments.  The Russians have no answer for that.  And it isn't as if Putin is suddenly a nice guy either.  He's still an egomaniac bully who has lied to his own countrymen something fierce.  And the thing is the people at RT (Russian television) are far more articulate in presenting the pro Russian point of view trying to make it sound reasonable and logical- - than Putin himself is when he talks.  When Putin opens his mouth your first instinct is to think "Where there is a real liar".  On another topic- - of all the women I'm considering hooking up with now, Stu still wants me to try anew and form a closer relation with Loretta Hill.  That's his vote.

[Saturday] They had the Mc Laughlin group on just now.   The first two topics were kind of a four to one conservative pile-on.    The Charlston church shooting was not racial and had no apparent cause.  Maybe it was mental illness - - maybe it was drugs.  But it means nothing and says nothing about the state of race relations in this country and most of all is something we should just forget and not read anything into such as the need for major new gun control legislation.  And the concencus on the Pope’s encyclical on global warming is ‘something which degrades the Catholic Church and the papacy’.    And of course they say that the Pope isn’t qualified to speak on any subject other than birth control and abstinence prior to marriage.    Then they talked about Donald Trump and naturally this crowd didn’t like Trump’s entering the Presidential race.  Pat Buchannon was the one guy talking sense here.  Because he reminded us that Trump wants to crack down on China’s trade and intellectual property theft practices, and Trump was against the US going to war in Iraq in 2003 and Trump is also against unrestricted immigration.  Of course the Republicans talk out of both sides of their mouth on immigration depending on what mood they’re in today.  Then there was a fourth topic on the droning of an Islamic leader.  Earlier in the evening Rocky was out with his family showing off all the various fruit trees we have around here.  I didn’t know we had a mango tree.   There was some middle aged married couple and a younger brunette daughter in shorts but I can’t figure out the relation and didn’t ask.   Later Rocky and Louise gave me about two thirds of a brown cigarette.  I got medication from Donnie in the west hall.  Jeopardy is on now.  Bill is out of the room.  I had the ABC news on prior to this.
