Missouri Governor Intervenes in Ferguson Riots

Ferguson, Misouri has received a form of Deliverance.  The rioting has stopped because the Missouri governor intervened and sent in the State Highway patrol to police the city of juse 28,000.  That’s a pretty small town to have the sort of police escalation we witnessed here.  The governor met with civil rights leaders, and even the protestors, I’m told.  And the situation was much calmer last night.  This good news alone should mess up Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity’s day, who are only “in their element” when things are awful.   The President weighed in on this issue, which of course the political right always hates Obama doing.  We all pray for continued calm.  But they still won’t release the name of the offending Police Officer.  It would seem that witnesses to the shooting would KNOW who it is, at least by sight.  After all, all the people who got arrested have their name and face on file, but the jerk who started it all for some reason receives secrecy, in some kind of inside out reasoning I don’t understand.  Now the ACLU is getting out the word that photographing activities of the police is NOT illegal.  Simple logic would dictate this.  This is why I believe all trials should be televised, because the constitution guartees the right to a “public” trial.  Also there is another doctrine respecting photography is that you can’t deny photographers is there is “no expectation of privacy”.

Robin Williams had parkenson’s disease.  Of course Rush Limbaugh attacked Robin Williams for committing suicide and said “Liberals are all unhappy and see things from a gloomy perspective”.   But Rush also accused Michael Fox for “faking it” all because it took some TV scene many times to rehearse before Michael could get off one scene where he wasn’t shaking.   Parkensons is a horrible disease for someone as animated as a comedian to get because it would really mess up their keen timing.  This is Williams’ bread and butter.  Some said that since Williams’ heart surgery in 2009 where they said that Robin Williams’ spirit “from that moment on had the dimmer switch on” and people like Judy actually say that other bodily organs communicate with the brain.  Now with Parkensons you have depression as an actual symptom of the disease, which I never new there were these “other symptoms” for Parkinson’s.

Pray for better weather for the eastern part of the United States.  Now the really epic flooding in Detroit has moved on to the east coast- - where even the pavement breaks up because of all the water.  Some places like in Rhode Island apparently got up to thirteen inches in a couple of hours (?) and many areas got six inches in just the space of a few hours.  But there is even flooding in Colorado and in Arizona in places like Tuscon, which isn’t known for its heavy annual rainfall.  Why wan’t some of those places ship their water to California.  Forget the XL pipeline.  We need some sort of a major water delivery system for here in these troubled times when the entire state is parched.  Persival Lowell I read about back around 1964 was the first to theorize about the Martian “canal” system being a water delivery system for a dying planet.

Tom Hartman has these political "right wing piling on" discussion pannels.   Hartman is more than capable of dealing with all comers.  He's like the "Batman" of political dueling.  If 58% of the population believes that suing the President is a bad thing- - if the democrats drive this home as an issue of "Congressional wasting of time and overall irresponsability" then theoretically--- the democrats, by any mathematical model will gain by pressing this issue.  If a majority of Republicans LIKE Obama Care- - than the Republicans will NOT want to press the Affordable Care act as an issue.  Hartman points out that much of the anti ACA poll numbers- - comes from Democrats themselves, who believe in a single payer system.  This Black guy (one of about fifteen blacks in the whole country that are conservative, and most of THEM are on FOX news)  claims that "This proves Democrats will be voting Republican in November".  It most assuradly does NOT.  No democrat who wants to hold the senate is going to penalize a basically lame duck President because one of his prominent accomplishments did not go FAR ENOUGH to suit them.  The only thing I'm worried about is weaning Middle America away from FOX news.  Do that, and do what someone suggested in going after the"Bub-bah" vote- - and the democrats will make inroads. But now the tea party has FAKE SITES out there that can be Googled- - with phoney analysis of political races- - and said organizations admit that their "analysis" is paid for by some right wing group.  Still is the average Joe Blow out there Googles something, most likely they have an Expectation they are getting a kosher, objective site, they would hope to "glean some objective truth from".   Lying was and is the Tea Party's best weapon.

Well Miliki is out- - as leader of Iraq.  For some queer reason people like Hannity seem reluctant for Meliki to have been replaced saying “Well he’s all we have but Obama has been trying to get him replaced” as though that were a bad thing.  It would seem that these ground troops are only to aid in the rescue effort.  Now they are saying a rescue effort is ‘not needed” because there are “only” two or three thousand people on the mountain, and there used to be ten thousand but people have been making their way off the mountain.  (If they say so)   I will confess that I am not particularly worried about ISIS in that they represent some unique threat the world has never faced before.  It’s pointed out that ISIS recruited a lot of Bathists from the Iraqi Army, which we disbanded in 2003.  This was OUR mistake. And someone of reasonable intelligence should be able to predict that these fighting forces would go “somewhere”.

I’d like to mention something I thought I had done in May, as a follow up to my ten dimension thing.  You could call it “The Enlightenment not logged”.  You see I thought I had come up with an eleventh dimension - - and by the way apologies for anyone who felt misled by that May blog.  It was a case of bad labeling or “bait and switch” which I don’t like from others, so I wouldn’t blame you readers if you were pissed off.  Just to summarize - - cut to the chase- - I took out three dimensions involving what I’d have to call “the realm of life” or awareness, or karma, or volition.  Or to simplify it further – I took out what I considered beyond the realm of natural science to explore and prove either true or false.  I added at that time I brand new dimension called “Dynamic” or you into electronics might call it the “Decibel realm”.   Now if the ten dimensions listed in that posting in May form a neat little “bowling pin triangle” then an eleventh dimension put underneath said triangle, would be like a Christmas tree.  Eleven is a prime number - - and also the number the “experts” say there are in “Numbers of dimensions”.  I hope you all are with me so far.  I admire anybody who even takes the time to read down to the last paragraph of my blog postings.  This Zero dimension- - is what I would call one of congruence or the lack of it.  And like most every other "dimension" it's kind of a line continuoum from one extreme to the other polar opposite.  Youall clear?  And we tend to define that word “congruence” a bit more metaphysically than in geometry, but the principle is the same.  The only reason why you would call congruency a dimension- - - in that it is my half ass attempt to explain the psychic realm and the various ‘phenomina” which is reported.  At least about the present.  So we call it the Zero dimension because it involved our old friend, Unformatted Space.  And if you don’t know what that is- - go back into the archives and hopefully stumble across it.  So - - why do we call it a "zero dimension" rather than number eleven per se?  Here's why.   As with “tables” (with or without quotes) in BASIC programming with arrays, the Zero dimension is hence a “de facto” dimension whose very non existence is irrelevant because it functions as though it DID exist.  Capish?  Now here's why you should even CARE to begin with.  What we call LIFE - - and all that entails - - physicists may be able to reduce to some sort of neuron energy fueled by electrolytes.  This does NOT "explain" Life.  And the theologians know that, and they beat us over the head with our OWN admission that "there are just mysteries we don't understand".  Many, perhaps Robin Williams included, see Death as kind of an E ticket for some Amusement Park ride OUT of this unhappy realm into another happier realm.  Writers of such science fiction as the Twilight Zone have long known that such ideas of some cosmic "retribution" fascenates audiances.  It's this idea that somehow we are transported - - AWAY from "what we have always known" - - from the safety of "what makes sense" to some OTHER realm - - where you have to face a whole OTHER reality.  It could be a parrellel Universe.  Maybe it's only mental fantasy- - of a Brain and mind that are STILL very much tethered to this reality as we know it.  But - - perhaps not.  But as a scientist or more to the point- a physicist - - the question is just HOW - - can Something - - Anything - - - be Capable- - have the Capacity to - - (here's that word) Transcend - - - or "to go Accross" to something ELSE - - and said space being "transcended" by something like "brain energy" or whatever- - something ABLE to LEAVE what we know as four dimensional time-space as we have always known it- - - and somehow - - manage to CO EXIST in this realm as very much a PART of this realm and yet not be measurable or PROVABLE, not just because "we haven't done it ye" but rather something that is by its nature theoretically unprovable- - and yet we all exist and have awareness, or at least the very convincing Illusion- - that we exist and are alive and aware.  (Selah)
