"The Vetterans of Future Wars"

This is the fifth anniversary of the Iraq War. I had a dream just before getting up at a quarter to seven. The punch line is that there is always a movie out during one war which almost exactly predicts the nature of the next war, if the people will just pay attention. In January of 1985 there was a movie out about a four day campaign of US troops to invade
People such as Randy Rhodes were saying what an epic masterpiece Obama’s speech was. I don’t know. It’s hard to imagine a grandmother who used racial epithets. I was raised in a household steeped in a liberal tradition where epithets of any nature were looked down upon. About the closest anyone came to it was sometimes grandma would talk about “Meeting a woman whom I swear was as black as the ace of spades”. Of course people talk about tension between the races and would you rather run into a group of Blacks on a dark street late at night or a group of Orientals going to a Bible Study. In my old apartment of course if you went out the back gate you were instantly in all Chicano territory and were aware of that. Out on the street in front were a mixture of blacks, whites, and Orientals. There would be a mixture of prostitutes, pan-handlers, and psychos. I’ll tell you my least favorite race to run into and that is Whites. It’s whites who are the psychos. Charles Manson and Ted Bundy were murdering psychopaths, and they were White. Obama talked about the frustrations of Whites who have failed to participate fully in the American Dream, because of our economic system which screws the working class. It’s kind of like the recessitation of Bo Brady in soap land. Can Obama recessitate his Presidential campaign with one epic making speech?
I think I’ve figured out why a potential President Mc Cain doesn’t want to be forced to withdraw troops earlier than he wants to. It’s like when I’m smoking a cigarette and
Let’s discuss my new money proposition some more. My “economic aid to the poor will consist on “windfall” profits poor people can use. I plan to keep the Kennedy half dollar, which will be worth $2.50 in old dollars. Two old Kennedy’s may be brought to a redemption center for one new one or a 150% profit. The steepness of the pay-off on some coins is so that the old coins will be driven out of circulation. I'd also put limits on how many new half dollars you could receive at one time. But the old ones technically will only be worth ten cents in new currency because the “new” minted half dollars will be back ( ) to 75% silver and 25% nickel and store managers have to look for the sandwich copper. Old quarters won’t be used but may be turned in for a “new” dime worth fifty cents in old currency for a 100% profit. The new dimes will be the same size of the old dimes only golden color and thicker. The “new” quarters will be the old Sakaguia dollar piece, which may now be cashed in at what amounts to a 25% premium. Or they may be just spent and worth $1.25 (old currency) for the same 25% mark-up. Two old dimes may be turned in for a nickel, in a perverse form of justice, for a 25% premium since otherwise they’d only be worth four cents. Old dimes may also be legally spent as two cent pieces. Old currency can be turned in for premiums to encourage the public not hoarding these coins. That leaves pennies and nickels. Here you get a free ride. These coins will both rise to five times their value since neither will be recalled but both as legal tender.
This is Wednesday March 19, 2008 and I did not type yesterday. Yesterday morning I was wide awake when it was really early. There was so much commotion and voices in the hall I finally “gave up” and decided to get up. The clock said ten to six. Oddly during Obama’s speech on the radio I dozed off before the end. I had looked for it on TV and didn’t find it but it was on KTLK. Last night I caught the eight & a half minute edit of the speech in CNN, aware I was missing key elements. I downloaded a complete text of the speech from NPR, where I was inform you’d find it. But from here it gets strange. It was about a month ago I was at a web site done in red and white I thought was called “People for the
